Review : Prestige Multi-task Wet/Dry Powder Foundation

My friend Emily gave this to me. Been using this foundation for quite some time now. I'm also using their Prestige's Cream to Powder foundation and their Perfectly Matte Pressed powder..

Prestige Multi-task Wet/Dry Powder Foundation in Warm Ivory

PRODUCT INFO
from PRESTIGE:
Perfect for all skin types. Ultra-light, delicate feel. Oil free and oil-absorbant.

APPLICATION TIPS: Apply dry for a light coverage or a damp sponge for full coverage. On the cheeks and chin blend with downward motion. Blend slightly under the jaw for the most natural finish.

RETAIL PRICE: Php 500.00

NET WEIGHT : 0.35 oz / 10 grams

SHADES: Available in 8 shades.
> Warm ivory (NC15)
>Wheat (NC20-25)
> Bisque
> Natural Beige (NC30)
> Soft Spice (NC30-35)
> Light Cocoa (NC40)

> Cocoa
> Tawny

PROS:
* powder has a smooth texture - but not as silky as the ELF Two way powder.
* inexpensive
* sponge has a separate compartment like MAC Studio Fix.
* no weird scent
* average oil control (about 4 hrs on my combination skin)
* covers my pores and doesn't look cakey
* didn't break me out
* has medium coverage (when used dry)

CONS:
* no spf

* case is kinda bulky.
* the lid is sometimes hard to open especially if I'm in a hurry

TIPS: Warm Ivory is a tad lighter on my NC20-25 skintone but I just use a kabuki brush to apply for a sheerer finish. Haven't tried applying this wet coz its a bit light on me. To avoid caking (when you retouch) blot your face first with tissue or oil control films like Clean & Clear or Gatsby.

ADDICTION FACTOR:

Will not repurchase since I still have a LOT of powder foundies to finish. My friends Martha and Jing also loves this foundation!

RATING :
3.5 / 5

The sponge compartment and mirror -
packaging is similar to their Cream to Powder Foundation.

Swatch
Eventhough the powder a bit light, it still disappears on my skintone when blended...
Maybe I'm acidic?! =P

What's your favorite powder foundation?

Sounds like a good powder foundation and I'm glad it works for you. I only have the pressed powder and it's nice. My fave is Shiseido's.
