Both are very pigmented.

Rubbed 3x. STAYING POWER :
Upper lashline - Maybelline & UD did not smudge the whole day.
Lower lashline - Both did not last long =P Smudges after an hour.
Rubbed 5x under running water. Maybelline didn't completely fade.FINAL THOUGHTS:
I'm really impressed with Maybelline Eyestudio Liners, for the price they are really good. I highly recommend it! I also own White Pearl and Dark Purple (click links for swatches).

UD is not readily available here, good thing maybelline's shadow liners are comparable to UD :)

ive heard a lot of good things about this liner! thanks for the review.. the UD pencil smudges on me *_* i find pencils really difficult to stay on my lids because they oil up a lot >_<
ooh yung sis ko meron nito ng blue ata or purple. hindi niya masyado type! ehe. siguro try ko yung white :)
